Michigan Tech Weekend and Collegiate Track Nationals

Greetings MWCCC Riders and Coaches!

For those of you new to the conference, welcome! For those of you who are returning, welcome back!

It’s officially after Labor Day, which means it’s time to get our mountain bike season started. This weekend sees us travel to the Keweenaw Peninsula for two days of awesome racing, hosted by Michigan Tech. The event flyer can be found here: https://legacy.usacycling.org/events/getflyer.php?permit=2019-2711

Registration can be found at: https://www.bikereg.com/michigantech. Please note that registration closes Thursday at 11:59 Eastern. Also note that all events this weekend are on Eastern time. If you still need to renew your license, or get a new one, head on over to usacycling.org. If for some reason your school doesn’t appear in the list, let me know, and I’ll work to get things taken care of. If you are in need of an upgrade in any mountain category, please submit your request through USA Cycling. I will not be processing any upgrades for this weekend after noon Eastern on Friday. One day licenses may only be used to race Category B or C.Lastly, please make sure that your license waiver is signed on USA Cycling. Riders without a signed waiver will not be allowed to participate. I will be contacting riders who still need to sign shortly.

That brings us to Collegiate Track Nationals, held September 12-14 in Rock Hill, SC. More information on the event can be found at https://www.usacycling.org/events/national-championships/2019-collegiate-track. If you have any trouble registering for the event. I shouldn’t have to mark anyone off for registration, but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.
If you have any questions, please let me know at director@mwccc.org.
See you all in Copper Harbor,

Bryan
