First call for proposals for upcoming seasons will be sent out via email to the Conference Group Email*:

Upcoming Road Season: August 1st. Schedule to be released November 1st.

Upcoming Mountain Season: February 1st. Schedule to be release May 1st.

If you are interested in hosting a Cyclocross, Track, or BMX race, be sure to contact Bryan Garfoot for information.

If you wish to include logos in flyers, you can download a png version of the conference logo. An EPS version is also available by contacting the Conference Director. USA Cycling logos can be downloaded at https://www.usacycling.org/usa-cycling-logos.htm.
